Mi estancia la primera vez durante 3 dias fue buena. When i was first time during 3 days it was very good.
There were many things I didn´t like: ** People hangout till late, then it´s Noise all night awhile others are sleeping, you can hear everything and that's quite annoying. ** Staff´ personal charged me a deposit (10% of value) it was not specified on the booking page. I complain after I returned it. **There isn´t Wi-Fi during my stay, No tv, really didn´t realize, the room was very simple. For that money you should expect a bit more quality/service.

The rooms with shower cubicles on one side offer privacy with their pull-down screens. Additionally, the breakfast is a highlight, with a variety of fresh fruits every day.
All in all, everything was satisfactory.

Friendly staff, Nice neighboorhood. Great Apple crumble pie
Room was very noisy, you could literally follow the conversation outside. We had a private room with bathroom for 100.000 pesos and in the 3 days we were there, the room -and towels- were never cleaned. For that money you should expect a bit more quality/service

I had a great stay at Masaya! The location was perfect, right in La Candelaria close to restaurants and attractions. The dorm room was clean and comfy, with lockers for my belongings. The staff were friendly and helped me with all my tour arrangements. The hostel had reliable wifi and the hot showers were a nice touch. I would definitely recommend Masaya for a stay in Bogota.

The staff were exceedingly helpful. Beyond recommending places to see and what to eat and where to drink in Bogota, they also sat us down and suggested an Itinerary for the entire Columbia as well as helping with flights and buses around the country and into Peru. The hostel has a really cool lay out and the facilities are really modern. Our dorm beds were great with curtains for each bed providing excellent privacy, and the doona's were amazing. Hot water showers were super important as its freezing in Bogota.
Nothing.. Its all good!

The facilities were excellent, with a clean and user-friendly kitchen and a relaxed bar area where I could chill out next to the fireplace. the staff were very friendly and always ready to provide helpful tips and assistance. the location was great, situated in a beautiful colonial old town with plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
there were not enough toilets, especially for men, which often resulted in waiting times and inconvenience.

Almost everything. Good location, clean, good wi fi, good breakfast, staff very kind.
The only thing is that at night (very late) they allow people to stay at the patio which causes a lot of noise to those who want to sleep after a long day of tourism. You get tired of this especially when after 3 nights, you still get people making a lot of noise after midnight.
